*This extends the warranty against any manufacturing defect for a period of 1 year, in accordance with the federal consumer protection law.
*This warranty will be valid as long as the goods have not been used in conditions other than the purposes for which they were manufactured.
*All products are delivered to your home within the urban area and on the ground floor
*In case of requiring foreign delivery or on upper floors, or special conditions, these will be carried out at the buyer's cost.
*For security reasons we are not responsible for merchandise that has been introduced through windows, roofs or exteriors (flown)
*To provide you with better service, we would appreciate it if you immediately report any anomaly to the customer service department.
*All services and warranties will be provided directly by the manufacturer and must therefore be reported to the furniture store.
*Any claim for damages or incomplete deliveries must be reported within the following 48 hours from receipt of the merchandise detailed in the purchase order, otherwise it will be understood that it was received to the customer's complete satisfaction.
*In case of reservation, the price is subject to change without prior notice
*All cancellations without exception will result in a charge of 20% of the total order for administrative damages.
